Process Improvement, Operations

Job description:

• Conduct end-to-end reviews of existing operational processes in coordination with relevant teams
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process, SOPs, workflows, and control points.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to support decision-making and improvement recommendations
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis related to operational efficiency and error rates

Job requirement:

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any major or 0-1 year experience from related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Macro or Python tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
