Identify wastes and implement process improvement
Deliver cost-reduction action plan
Measure the productivity of Cycle Time and Lead Time analysis
Identify visual management opportunities to support optimization in the process flow
Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
Support the operation team's project

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from any major
Minimum 2 years of experience in an express/logistics company as an Operation Excellence/Process Improvement
Prior experience in implementing and improving Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS)
Strong Process Improvement skills (LEAN, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt) and good Project Management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
Experience as a facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
