Job Description:

  • Identify wastes and implement process improvement
  • Deliver cost-reduction action plan
  • Measure the productivity of Cycle Time and Lead Time analysis
  • Identify visual management opportunities to support optimization in the process flow
  • Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
  • Support the operation team's project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an express/logistics company as an Operation Excellence/Process Improvement
  • Prior experience in implementing and improving Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS)
  • Strong Process Improvement skills (LEAN, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt) and good Project Management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
  • Experience as a facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
