Job Description

Conduct in-depth assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and other tools to gain a deep understanding of current operations
Develop and implement process improvement
Design and implement new or improved processes that are efficient, effective, and customer-centric
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability o use data to drive decisions
Ability to lead change management efforts and influence cross-functional teams
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in teams
Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or other process optimization methodologies
Hands-on experience with QMS implementation, process audits, compliance, and process standardization is a plus
Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements related to quality management
Knowledge of process automation tools and workflow management systems is a plus
Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
