The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing processes and plant designs at various scales. The role will ensure smooth operation while following safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plant design review activities, propose modifications, and execute modification plans to improve plant stability, reliability, and safety
- Enhance production quality by controlling and monitoring production process parameters
- Design production processes
- Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production
- Troubleshoot issues related to production processes
- Participate in projects focused on designing process systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Process)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of general design processes
- Ability to read P&IDs of processes
- Competency in calculating and designing production processes
- Strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships with employees involved in the production process
- Willing to be based in Balongan, West Java
