Field Engineer Jr. Staff – Process Engineering Molding

Job Summary
The Staff Process Engineer in Process Engineering Molding is responsible for managing and optimizing the molding processes within our organization. This role involves handling new product transfers and ensuring smooth integration into our manufacturing processes under the Supervisor Process Engineer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Molding Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize molding processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- New Product Transfer: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer of new products into manufacturing, including process validation and documentation.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to molding processes, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality throughout the molding process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of molding processes, including standard operating procedures, process parameters, and equipment specifications.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on molding processes and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all molding operations.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of molding processes, including injection molding, CNC Cutting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Willing to work in shift.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD software for design analysis.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
