Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Process Engineer (Electronics) based on-site in Salatiga. As a Process Engineer in Electronics, you will optimize production processes from design to certification by reviewing prototypes, running trials, preparing work instructions, designing tools, and creating as well as validating the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.. This role involves daily interaction with electronics and process engineering tasks, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in PCB processes, circuits, and product development.
• Good at Excel, CAD, and schematic software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate in English..
• Willing to work in Salatiga.

Nice to Have

• Experience in PCBA production, SMT, or testing process.
• Basic skills in Python or C#.
