A leading manufacturing company in Indonesia is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Process Engineer who is passionate about process excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process transfer from R&D/Engineering to Operations (validation & documentation).
- Develop SOPs, Work Instructions, and Batch Records.
- Execute production trials and scale-up activities.
- Optimise process parameters (dispersion, grinding, mixing, filling).
- Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for process improvements.
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SNI, and K3 regulations.
- Monitor KPIs such as RFT, OEE, yield, and rework rate.
Requirements
- S1 in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Chemistry.
- 7 years experience in manufacturing (paint/coating/chemical preferred).
- Experience in process transfer & scale-up is required.
- Strong understanding of coating production processes.
- Able to read P&ID and plant layout drawings.
- Familiar with RCA, FMEA, CAPA methodologies.
- ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
