Job Description:
- Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy & promote lean project in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders;
- Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events;
- Lead process engineering support of the scale-up of new product(s) and in the improvement of existing product(s);
- Lead and define the improvement activities for product structure design & manufacturing process to improve product quality, and improve efficiency;
- Ensure the root cause analysis on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective, action plan and implementation in collaboration with Quality, Operation & ME Team;
- Driving the Process inspection, POKA YOKE (Mistake Proofing) improvement, process and fixture design and optimize;
- Ensure the DFM review of new products are carry out according to company policy;
- Analysis and countermeasure of abnormal quality of production line and ensure all verification report and conclusion are available;
- Assist and improve supplier's process capability together with PMC, SQE Team;
- Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
- Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education Background: Bachelor degree from Engineering or above;
- Familiar with IE improvement techniques and key skills, with practical experience in capacity assessment;Familiar with VSM (value flow analysis) and other tool software; Familiar with using AutoCAD software, and have practical experience in workshop and logistics planning and layout;
- Experience in successful lean project promotion;Solid IE theoretical foundation and rich experience in intelligent manufacturing;
- Proficiency in project management using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and project controlling tools; Familiar with DOE and other engineering tools;Excellent ability of logical analysis;
- Strong passion for product technology or process; Good knowledge of product processing and industrialization processes;
