Job Overview
We are seeking a
Process Analyst to support continuous operational improvement by analyzing business processes and related data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data-driven enhancements. This role will work closely with the Data Analyst team to leverage insights that optimize workflows in logistics and forwarding operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational and performance data related to key business processes.
- Map and document current business processes; identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies using data insights.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to design KPIs and dashboards that monitor process performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis using both process mapping and data analysis techniques.
- Propose and support the implementation of process improvements based on analytical findings.
- Assist in automating data collection and reporting for ongoing process monitoring.
- Work with IT and operations teams to integrate improvements into systems and workflows.
- Support change management and training activities for new process implementations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all process-related reports and tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or process improvement roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
- Experience working in or with data analyst teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in tools such as
Excel, SQL/Query, Power BI, Python, or other analytics
