Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and close deals with individual customers or small contractors.
Proven ability to work with sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed them.
Knowledge of architectural or building material products (especially aluminum products) is an advantage.
Experience in selling building materials or property products will be considered a strong point.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to customer needs and project details.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
