Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client's portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Wealth Management and Investment Advisory, to deliver comprehensive financial services
- Ensure exceptional client service and address any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures Relationship Management team by sharing best practices and providing mentorship
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and cross-selling financial products
- Proficient in data analysis and financial planning to provide customized solutions to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience
