Role Description

This is a contract-based role for a Principal Partner Project Management Training (EPC Industry) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Principal Partner will act as a subject matter expert and trainer responsible for delivering project management training programs tailored for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.

The role involves facilitating training sessions, sharing practical insights from real EPC project experience, and ensuring the training materials and discussions align with PMI standards and best practices. The Principal Partner will collaborate with the training team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and provide real-world perspectives on project management practices within EPC environments.

Qualifications

• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.
• Proven experience working in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Strong understanding of PMI Triangle concepts including Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen.
• Experience delivering project management training, workshops, or mentoring sessions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex project management concepts clearly.
• Ability to share practical case studies and real-world project experience from EPC environments.
• Background in engineering, project management, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Based in Indonesia and familiar with the local EPC industry environment is preferred.
