Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain a Montessori learning environment that is clean, safe, and engaging. Guide children in their daily activities, fostering independence, concentration, and respect for others. Observe and document each childs progress, adjusting lessons to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on childrens development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Ensure all activities follow Montessori philosophy and best practices.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Education (Early Childhood Education or related field). Minimum 12 years of experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, creativity, and genuine love for working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Able to speak in English
