Requirement:
Teachers and Teaching Assistants are expected to have a passion for developing, motivating, and stimulating young learners.
- Teachers must hold a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or English Literature, with at least 5 years of teaching experience in an Early Childhood Education setting.
- Teaching Assistants must have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience, preferably in Early Childhood Education, and hold a Bachelors Degree in any major. They should enjoy working with children and be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English. An interest in arts and crafts, as well as the ability to play musical instruments, will be considered an advantage.
- Applicants must also possess the right personality to work in a dynamic environment and handle various student behaviors with patience and care. Patience, discipline, a sense of adventure, and a lifelong love of learning are essential.
