Presales Solutions Architect (IT Infrastructure)

Contract-Based Position

Onsite in Jakarta

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

35 years of relevant experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, or Technical Consultant.

Strong understanding of core infrastructure areas:

Server platforms (e.g., Dell, HPE, Lenovo, etc.)

Storage solutions (e.g., Dell, NetApp, PureStorage, HPE, etc.)

Backup and Disaster Recovery systems (e.g., Dell, Commvault, Veeam, Hycu, etc.)

Basic Networking & Security technologies (e.g., Dell, Cisco, etc.)

Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa.

Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong willingness to grow.

Analytical and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Willing to adapt to project demands and flexible working hours.

Preferred: Certifications from vendors such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, VMware, or Veeam.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales team to support solution-based selling activities.

Deliver detailed product and solution presentations to enterprise clients.

Conduct on-site assessments to gather technical and business requirements.

Design and size end-to-end infrastructure solutions, focusing on:

Servers

Storage

Backup systems

Basic Networking & Security technologies

Virtualization platforms

Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to demonstrate solution viability.

Participate in tender processes, including aanwijzing meetings and technical clarification sessions.

Prepare comprehensive and persuasive technical proposals tailored to client needs.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process.

Ensure a customer-centric approach to solutioning that meets expectations and constraints.

Stay up to date with relevant technologies, competitive solutions, and industry best practices.
