We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Manager to join our client's sales team, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and mobile security solutions for Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers in Indonesia. The role will play a key part in solution design, technical engagement, and supporting end-to-end presales activities for enterprise clients.
This is a strategic customer-facing role suited for professionals with strong IAM expertise and solid technical consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage presales activities for IAM and mobile security solutions within the FSI sector.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product and solution demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
- Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and trade shows.
- Prepare and deliver responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical inquiries from clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with end customers, system integrators, and thirdparty vendors for project planning and execution.
- Provide enablement and solution-selling support to partners.
- Collaborate with R&D teams regarding product implementation and project-specific requirements.
- Participate in postsales activities when needed, including system implementation and project management.
Requirements
- Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) required.
- Candidates with Technical Consultant experience are welcome, especially those open to transitioning into a customer-facing Presales role.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mature, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills
- Experience with application development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, ObjectiveC).
- Familiarity with Java application servers such as Apache Tomcat and JBoss.
- Knowledge of API communication methods such as REST, SOAP, XML.
- Proficiency with RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux OS, command-line tools, scripting, and basic system administration.
- Experience in mobile application development (advantage).
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP) and SSO technologies (advantage).
- Experience managing large and complex IT projects within Banking or Public Sector (advantage).
Work Arrangement
- No physical office in Jakarta.
- Work from home, with client site visits as required.
