Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
Understand industry best practices and how Workday aligns with HR and Finance transformation goals.
Stay updated on new Workday features, product roadmap, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver tailored Workday demonstrations based on client needs.
Configure demo tenants or environments to support specific scenarios.
Address functional and technical questions during demos and presales cycle.
Engage effectively with HR, IT, and C-level stakeholders during the presales cycle.
Present strategic recommendations for digital transformation with Workday.
Build value propositions and differentiators to strengthen Workday's positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must
Completed min. 2x end‑to‑end implementation cycles of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
HR Having prior presales experience is an advantage.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
Strong business communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
