Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Understand industry best practices and how Workday aligns with HR and Finance transformation goals.
  • Stay updated on new Workday features, product roadmap, and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored Workday demonstrations based on client needs.
  • Configure demo tenants or environments to support specific scenarios.
  • Address functional and technical questions during demos and presales cycle.
  • Engage effectively with HR, IT, and C-level stakeholders during the presales cycle.
  • Present strategic recommendations for digital transformation with Workday.
  • Build value propositions and differentiators to strengthen Workday's positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
  • Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must
  • Completed min. 2x end‑to‑end implementation cycles of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
  • HR Having prior presales experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Strong business communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
