We are looking for an experienced Presales to support our sales team in delivering enterprise-grade networking solutions to clients. This role serves as the technical bridge between client requirements and our networking solutions, including architecture design, product demos, and proof of concept (PoC).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers during the presales phase to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams and architects to design and propose tailored DevOps and cloud solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations to illustrate the proposed solution's benefits and features
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the organization's
- Customize demos to highlight how the proposed solution can address specific customer pain points
- Lead or support the implementation of proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value Products Solution
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful PoC execution and address any technical challenges
- Assist in the preparation of technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals that effectively address customer requirements
- Collaborate with implementation teams and project managers to deploy the DevOps and cloud solutions at customer sites.
- Configure and integrate the necessary infrastructure, tools, and services to enable efficient and automated software delivery pipelines
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud engineering. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to implement these enhancements
- Provide technical support to customers in resolving issues related to the DevOps and cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 with background IT /SMK TKJ ( Teknik Jaringan Komputer)
- Basic Knowledge: candidate should have a fundamental understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or Unix
- Programming and Scripting: Basic programming/scripting skills in languages like Python, Java, or shell scripting may be beneficial
- Networking: A basic understanding of networking concepts/OSI 7 Layer, protocols, and configurations.
- Cloud : A basic understanding cloud computing
