Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, IT Consultant, System Engineer, or Technical Sales (preference given to those with a background in Cybersecurity and Applications).
- Ability to perform presentations, basic PoC, and product demonstrations.
- Basic knowledge of tender documentation (BoQ, TOR, RFP Response) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and possesses strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Technical Solutioning
- Identify customers business and technical needs through discussions, workshops, or assessments.
- Design solutions that meet customer requirements, specifically for security solutions (Network Security, Endpoint Security, SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, etc.) and enterprise applications.
- Assist the sales team in developing technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), RFP responses, and other tender-related documentation.
2. Product Demonstration & Presentation
- Create and deliver solution presentations, product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), or pilot projects for prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate technical benefits and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Collaboration & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams (sales, project, and support) to ensure solution compatibility and accuracy.
- Participate in vendor product training and obtain relevant certifications.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare proposals, architectural designs, Scopes of Work (SOW), and technical presentation materials.
- Provide reports and updates on the customer pipeline to the sales team and management.
5. Market & Technology Research
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Cybersecurity and Software Solutions to support business strategy and product positioning.
