Role Description
As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role to translate banking business and regulatory needs into product-based technical solutions. This role focuses on strategic presales, RFPs, POCs, and engagement with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and regulatory requirements from banking and financial institutions
- Design end-to-end product-based technical solutions
- Prepare presales materials (proposal, solution design, scope of work, effort estimation)
- Present solutions and product demos to business and technical stakeholders
- Explain solution architecture, system integration, and data flow clearly to clients
- Coordinate with product, delivery, and engineering teams during presales and POC
- Support RFP, RFQ, tender processes, and technical discussions with clients or regulators
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Consultant, Presales, or Solution Architect in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of banking regulations (OJK, BI, AML/CFT, risk management, credit process, or automation)
- Experience working with enterprise clients and regulators
- Solid business and technical analysis skills
- Experience in POC or solution assessment
- Basic knowledge of banking system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flow
- Consulting background from Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is a strong plus
- Willing to work onsite in APL Tower, Grogol West Jakarta
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulatory compliance implementation (Indonesia or regional)
- Knowledge of core banking, middleware, and ecosystem integration
- Experience supporting large enterprise deals (USD 500K+)
