Job Descriptions

1. Define & design the entire health centre facilities required according to project needs (esp. non-private health centres, district hospitals, regional hospitals, or university hospitals).

2. Define and provide the best practice to enable the necessary medical equipment for the health centre's proper functioning while adhering to budget constraints.

3. Identify medical technology trends as customers needs and to keep relevant with current regulations.

4. Develop detailed technical specifications of medical equipment, which are integral parts of contracts and standard technical specifications sheets for calls of tenders.

5. Stay up to date on medical technological and equipment advancements.

6. Support the Pre-Sales Team to define and justify client's requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree of Electromedical, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.

2. Min. 5 years experience in health technology and equipment sector. Preferably that have completed project for Hospital.

3. Fluent in English (written & spoken).

4. Professional in behaviour and communication and able to perform as a team leader.

5. Specific knowledge, skill, and experience required:

- Understood in WHO, BPOM, Ministry of Health, and BPJS medical standardization.

- Having knowledge in the field of biomedical equipment, an understanding of hospital organization, interactions among different departments, patient flows, and medical staff.

- Able to prepare the engineering aspects of health care processes & provide some recommendations based on best practice as well as based on discussion result with clients.
