PPIC Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tanjung Priok for a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Specialist. The PPIC Specialist will be responsible for planning and monitoring production schedules, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring material availability. The role also involves analyzing production data, forecasting demand, managing product flow, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.

• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in supply chain and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant planning tools
