Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning covering Demand, Supply, and Distribution Planning.
  • Ensure smooth production through Production, Material, and Shipment Planning.
  • Optimize inventory costs and stock levels to support business and customer requirements.
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure service fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Distribution teams to align demand, supply, and inventory.
  • Monitor PPIC performance, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop the PPIC team to achieve operational targets.
