Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC), Production Control, Production Scheduling, or related fields, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of Production Planning, Production Control, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, and Inventory Control.
  • Ability to prepare, control, and evaluate production schedules based on production capacity, material availability, and delivery targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify production constraints and provide solutions to improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to monitor and control the production process from incoming materials, production processes, through outgoing delivery to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience in processing and analyzing data using spreadsheets. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, leadership, and decision-making skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and control daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Ensure production processes run according to schedule and monitor production target achievement and on-time delivery performance.
  • Control raw materials, work in process (WIP), and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, and operational constraints, and propose improvement actions to increase process efficiency.
  • Prepare reports related to production planning, inventory, and production performance for management evaluation.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs within the PPIC process to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and the accuracy of production planning and delivery
