Qualifications:
- MinimumBachelors Degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experiencein Robotic Process Automation (RPA) usingUiPathandMicrosoft Power Automate.
- Proven experience inmigration projectsfrom UiPath to Power Automate, including process re-design, optimization, and deployment.
- Strong understanding ofworkflow automation, business process mapping, and orchestration.
- Proficiency in usingPower Automate Desktop,Power Automate Cloud Flows, and integration with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
- Solid knowledge ofUiPath Orchestrator,UiPath REFramework, and API integration.
- Familiarity withPower Platform tools(Power Apps, Power BI) will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge ofSQL databases,REST API, and data transformation.
- Good understanding ofprocess improvement methodologies(Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication in English and ability to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows usingMicrosoft Power Automate.
- Conductmigration from UiPath bots to Power Automate, ensuring smooth transition and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
- Performtesting, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshootingof automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance withgovernance, security, and best practicesin RPA implementation.
- Providedocumentation and trainingto users and teams on new automated processes.
