POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Engineering Manager will oversee, manage, and coordinate all technical design activities related to the container yard. This includes buildings, gate complexes, general layout, utilities, and all infrastructure systems. The role requires strong leadership, extensive technical knowledge, and experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in large-scale port or terminal projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise all engineering and design activities for the container yard and related infrastructures.
- Manage architectural design, gate facilities (in/out), roadworks, pavement design, and general site layout.
- Oversee the design of essential utility systems, including: Power distribution, Water supply, Firefighting systems, Lighting, ICT and communication networks, Other utility and support systems.
- Coordinate and direct a multidisciplinary team (civil, structural, MEP, architecture, ICT, etc.).
- Ensure design deliverables comply with international standards and applicable Vietnamese regulations.
- Prepare and review tender documents, technical specifications, and engineering reports.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support throughout the tender and procurement stages.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design packages and technical documentation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, or related fields).
- 15–20 years of professional experience in engineering and infrastructure design.
- Significant projects in container terminals or container yard engineering, including:
- Minimum 2 projects as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead managing multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong understanding of port infrastructure development, container yard planning, and terminal design.
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese regulatory environment (permitting, codes, standards) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
