Policy Program Manager

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in policy, community organizing, communications, marketing or program management in Indonesia

Bachelor Degree in policy, communications, international relations, marketing or related field

Experience with project management and attention to detail

Experience running programs and managing partnerships in Indonesia

Experience with critical policy issues of the day, politics and government

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including public speaking to audiences of varying sizes and seniority

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build successful relationships based on collaboration

Experience prioritizing high-priority projects simultaneously

Experience working with all levels of seniority, both internally and externally

Business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
