Policy Processor Staff - General Insurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as policy processor. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely administration, while upholding the highest standards of service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist on day to day policy administration
• Assist for marketing support activities

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma III degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general insurance company
• Having knowledge in insurance products
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
