About the Role
PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, one of the leading financial services companies in Indonesia, is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Policy & Governance Specialist. This role will be primarily responsible for drafting, developing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to risk management and corporate governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, draft, and update policies and SOPs related to enterprise risk management.
- Review and evaluate existing policies to ensure alignment with the latest regulations, industry standards, and business needs.
- Design and enhance the company's Risk Governance Framework to strengthen risk culture and compliance.
- Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure effective policy and SOP implementation.
- Provide recommendations on risk mitigation through effective policy and governance mechanisms.
- Prepare reports on policy status, SOP compliance, and regulatory adherence for management and regulators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Policy Development, preferably within financial services or holding companies.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations (OJK regulations, POJK) and knowledge of ISO 31000 or ISO 27001 is a plus.
- Excellent policy drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across different business units.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
