Plant Facilities Manager

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Manufacturing industry with a strong presence within APAC. They are looking for a Plant Facilities Manager as part of their expansion plans within the region, reporting directly to the General Manager.

THE ROLE

The Plant Facilities Manager is responsible for:

• Manage daily operations of building, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related projects.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization, while driving continuous improvement initiatives in energy efficiency and facility performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management within manufacturing, factory, or plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
