Plan, manage, and execute daily/weekly live streaming sessions for makeup & skincare products.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and creative teams to prepare scripts, key talking points, and product highlights.
Train and guide live streaming hosts to ensure engaging, brand-accurate presentations.
Monitor live session performance (viewers, engagement, sales conversion) and provide improvement ideas.
Manage scheduling, product stock availability, and live streaming tools.
Ensure smooth technical operation and troubleshoot during live sessions if needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
23 years of experience in live streaming coordination (preferably beauty industry).
Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare trends.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented.
Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar platforms.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours (including evenings or weekends if required).
