Key responsibilities
- Photo and Video Production
- Capture highquality photography and video footage for sports events, athlete activities, and brand campaigns.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lenses, and basic lighting setups during shoots.
- Execute photo and video shoots based on creative direction, shot lists, and campaign concepts.
- Capture strong visual storytelling moments during matches, training sessions, athlete content, and brand activations.
- Pre-Production Support
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop shoot concepts, shot lists, and visual references.
- Prepare and manage camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and audio tools before production.
- Ensure all technical production requirements are ready before shoot days.
- Post-Production Support
- Perform basic photo selection and simple adjustments (cropping, basic color correction if needed).
- Organize and deliver raw photo and video files to the creative/editorial team for further editing.
- Ensure all visual assets are properly archived and ready for internal use.
- Event Documentation and Live Coverage
- Provide onsite photography and videography coverage for sports events, athlete appearances, and content productions.
- Be able to capture dynamic and fastpaced sports moments effectively.
- Support quick documentation needs for social media highlights and event recaps.
- Brand and Marketing Support
- Provide visual assets for:
- Brand books
- Pitch decks
- Company profiles
- Ensure all visual materials reflect premium creative standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in photo and video production.
- Proven experience as a photographer and/or videographer, preferably in sports, events, or lifestyle production.
- Skilled in camera operation, framing, composition, and lighting basics.
- Experience covering sports events, live activities, or fastmoving subjects is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with professional camera gear, lenses, gimbals, and basic production equipment.
- Able to work in dynamic environments such as sports events and onsite productions.
- Good sense of visual storytelling and composition.
- Able to collaborate with creative teams, athletes, and marketing teams during shoots.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content that represents the athletes, partners, and campaigns of Status Pro Studio. You will play an important role in documenting sports activities, brand collaborations, and athlete content through strong visual storytelling. You will execute high-quality photo and video productions for sports events, athlete personal branding, and commercial brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sports, visual storytelling, and on-field production, and who enjoys working in dynamic environments where timing, creativity, and technical shooting skills come together to capture authentic moments.
