Role Overview
We are looking for a Responsible Pharmacist (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab) to play a key role in shaping and overseeing pharmacy operations from day one. This role is critical in ensuring that all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, uphold patient safety, and deliver high-quality service as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure full compliance with BPOM, Kemenkes, and all applicable pharmaceutical regulations. Manage SIA and SIPA registration and renewal processes.
- Operational Supervision: Oversee dispensing standards, prescription validation, and medication counseling. Supervise pharmacy technical staff (TTK) and cashier in daily service operations.
- Inventory and Controlled Drugs Management: Monitor drug stock levels, storage conditions, and expiry controls using FIFO and FEFO principles. Review and approve purchase requests and stock reconciliation reports.
- Customer and Patient Safety: Provide clinical guidance and handle escalated medication-related concerns: Ensure patient safety, service quality, and ethical pharmacy practices.
- Documentation, Audit, and Reporting: Maintain pharmacy logs, regulatory reports, and audit documentation. Coordinate inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Training and SOP Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor pharmacy SOPs. Provide technical guidance and refresher training for pharmacy technical staff (TTK).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi).
- Professional Pharmacist Degree (Apoteker).
- Minimum two to three years of experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare operations.
- Experience in pharmacy operations or supervisory roles is an advantage.
- Strong clinical and dispensing knowledge.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and CDOB (Good Distribution Practices).
- Strong inventory management knowledge, including FIFO and FEFO.
- Patient counseling capability.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong ethical judgment and accountability.
- Good monitoring and supervisory skills.
- Clear communication and empathy.
Required License and Certification
- Active Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA).
- Preferably eligible to hold a Pharmacist Practice License (SIPA) in Jakarta.
