Job Description Summary:
This role involves comprehensive administrative support in HR and operations, including employee data management, attendance and payroll verification, document filing, report preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while also assisting with export documentation and ensuring workplace safety compliance.
Job Description:
Make a recap of the monthly overtime list from all sections and provide to Assistant / KTU for review and to the Manager for approval.
Record, update and archive data of all employees and dependents in the register and employee files.
Filing all incoming and outgoing letters to and from the garden / factory.
Checking employee attendance cards, workshops, Operations, laboratories, Compound and Security to record and record attendance, overtime, leave and etc. and cross-check with SPL approved by the Assistant.
Conducting cross check between the data inputted in the payroll program in accordance with the recapitulation of supporting data.
Make employment reports for HRD, Pension Funds, Jamsostek, Disnaker and other parts that need on a monthly basis.
Recording and recording employee absenteeism, including absentee data and employee leave.
Comparing employee and dependent data with tax status at the beginning of each year and rice supply and monthly employee treatment.
Creating an Introduction Letter to the Referral Hospital for employees and dependents who want to seek treatment as recommended by the Doctor and approval Manager.
Recapitulation / calculation of employee meal money over 11 hours.
Files export documents and incoming / outgoing mail from related instances.
Help Export Admin prepare Export Document.
Record the advantages and disadvantages of 21 employees per employee per year.
Preparing a letter related to the appointment and dismissal of employees according to KTU / Manager's orders.
Implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at work site.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and filing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
