Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to support our Director, Joe. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to assist him in his daily tasks. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a right-hand assistant, handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring that the Director's daily operations run seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate with international clients and partners.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Personal Assistance or Secretarial roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, clerical tasks, and office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software is an advantage
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
