Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily priorities, executive coordination, and high-level administrative matters. This role requires exceptional organization skills, strong discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendar scheduling for the Director
- Prioritize meeting requests and act as gatekeeper when necessary
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials
- Draft professional emails, correspondence, and executive documents
- Take meeting minutes and ensure proper follow-up on action items
- Organize and maintain confidential files and executive documentation
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Support executive events, board meetings, or business gatherings when required
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of integrity
- Assist with personal administrative matters when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major (Business or Management preferred)
- Minimum 35 years experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
