Role Description

Full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to the Director (Bekasi). Provide high-level support in both business and personal matters, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential tasks. Accompany the Director in daily activities and act as a key liaison to ensure smooth operations. Ideal for a proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy individual in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English is preferred (spoken and written)
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Having a valid driver's license (SIM A) and ability to drive is preferred
  • Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
