Handling schedules for BOD by maintaining an organized and up to date calendar.
Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and colleagues, ensuring professional and timely responses.
Performing front desk duties such as welcoming guests, answering general inquiries, and directing calls or visitors to the appropriate parties.
Resolving meeting conflicts efficiently while prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special projects as required.
Managing travel arrangements and providing relevant background information in advance.
Handling expense reports and reimbursements for executive
Assisting in the planning and execution of executive led projects and initiatives.
Supporting the executive team in ad hoc special projects and other administrative duties.
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, especially stationery (ATK), ensuring sufficient stock and timely replenishment.
Supporting HR administrative functions as needed.
Managing correspondence with internal departments, external partners, and government institutions in a professional and timely manner.
Preparing and maintaining reports, documentation, and meeting minutes for management review.
Requirement :
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Able to write and speak English fluently.
Excellent computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and various digital applications/tools.
Fast, accurate, neat, honest, friendly, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel when required.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
