Position: Personal Assistant to the Director (Hybrid)
Location: Bali, Indonesia
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director based in Bali, with hybrid work arrangements in Seminyak, Kerobokan
This role will start as part-time, with the potential for increased hours as the role develops. Some tasks can be done remotely, while others may require on-site support in Seminyak depending on business needs.
Qualifications:
· Fluent in english, written and spoken
· 1–2 years of experience as a personal assistant or similar role
· Experience working with western clients or international environments is highly preferred
· Highly organised
· Professional and confident with clients
· Able to work independently
· Computer literate and advance microsoft office skill (must)
· Trustworthy, flexible, and reliable
· Happy to assist with both business and ad hoc personal tasks
Salary:
Starting from IDR 6,000,000/month, negotiable depending on experience and performance after the first 1–3 months.
Main responsibilities include:
• Diary and calendar management
• Scheduling appointments
• Client communication
• Email and admin support
• Preparing documents and reports
• Travel bookings and itinerary management
• Expense tracking
• General support to make the Director's life easier
• Other ad hoc duties as required by the Director
Working hours:
25-30 hours per week
This role would suit someone proactive, well-presented, and able to represent the business professionally. We are looking for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems, and supporting a fast-moving international business environment.
