Job Description
I'm hiring an AI-Native Operator / Founder's Associate to work directly with me across multiple business verticals.
This is not a traditional personal assistant role. I'm not looking for someone whose main value is managing my calendar or scheduling my day.
I'm looking for someone who can understand my vision, use AI tools extremely well, turn ideas into outputs quickly, and act as the bridge between me and the wider team. Your job is to help translate direction into execution, create clarity, speed things up, and make sure work actually gets done at a high standard.
You should be the kind of person who can take a rough idea from me and turn it into:
- clear briefs
- presentations
- research
- drafts
- workflows
- systems
- AI-assisted outputs
- actionable next steps for the team
You will also be expected to coordinate with team members who may not be fluent in AI tools themselves, and make sure they can still execute effectively with your support, structure, and guidance.
What this role looks like
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, with some flexibility for remote work. You will work closely with me across several businesses and projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Turning my ideas into polished outputs using AI tools
- Writing briefs, summaries, decks, emails, and operational documents
- Conducting fast, high-quality research and synthesizing information
- Creating systems and workflows that improve execution speed
- Acting as a central point of coordination between me and the team
- Following up with team members to ensure deliverables move forward
- Helping upgrade the overall quality and efficiency of work across the business
- Handling ad hoc founder-related tasks that require speed, judgment, and discretion
Who I'm looking for
- Highly proficient with AI tools and able to use them practically in day-to-day work
- Strong in writing, research, synthesis, and turning ideas into action
- Sharp operator with strong judgment, initiative, and common sense
- Able to manage multiple moving parts across different business verticals
- Strong communicator who can simplify instructions and align teams
- Comfortable working with both strategy and execution
- Extremely resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential matters maturely
- Experience in operations, executive support, project management, strategy, consulting, content, or founder support is a plus
