Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Director's schedule (meetings, business trips, daily agenda)
  • Prepare meeting minutes, compile important notes, and follow up on action items
  • Act as the main contact person (available as needed, including weekends)
  • Organize documents and handle administrative tasks
  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth activities of the Director
  • Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Male, 2125 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in productivity and management tools (Google Calendar, Notion, Kanban, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Eager to learn with professional communication skills

Plus points: Experience in the F&B industry and/or ability to drive a car
