Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Director's schedule (meetings, business trips, daily agenda)
- Prepare meeting minutes, compile important notes, and follow up on action items
- Act as the main contact person (available as needed, including weekends)
- Organize documents and handle administrative tasks
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth activities of the Director
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Male, 2125 years old
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in productivity and management tools (Google Calendar, Notion, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Eager to learn with professional communication skills
Plus points: Experience in the F&B industry and/or ability to drive a car
