We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support directly to our CEO. In this role, you will work on a one-to-one basis, managing a wide range of tasks related to the CEO's professional life and daily communications to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the liaison between the CEO and internal or external clients, while handling all requests and queries with professional judgment
- Managing the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating all travel arrangements
- Devising and maintaining a comprehensive office filing system to ensure data is easily accessible
- Handle personal tasks and errands to support the CEO's daily productivity
Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major. A specific Personal - Assistant Diploma or relevant certification is considered a significant advantage
- Proven professional work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures
- Full fluency in English is a mandatory requirement
- Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritize a heavy daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion
