The Role |

• As the General Manager right hand, you will ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary bridge between the General Manager (Chinese Expat) and local management/staff.
• Interpret in high-level meetings, factory inspections, and business negotiations.
• Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and confidential documentation.
• Facilitate workflow between the headquarters in China and the local manufacturing facility.

What We Look For |

• Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred).
• Experience 1 year of experience as a PA, Secretary or Interpreter, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of Chinese corporate culture and Indonesian work ethics.
• Proficient in WeChat, MS Office (Advanced Excel/PPT), and digital task management.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced factory environment.
