Assist in managing daily schedules and reminding upcoming agendas.
Support basic correspondence (chat/email/phone).
Help prepare simple documents and work materials.
Take meeting notes and follow up on tasks as needed.
Provide assistance with daily administrative tasks as directed.
Handle basic ticketing tasks, including checking flight availability, issuing or rescheduling tickets, and coordinating with travel partners or clients as needed.
Requirements
Fresh graduate from any major (preferably Tourism or related field).
Experience or knowledge in ticketing (flight or travel-related) is a plus.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and helpful.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Proactive, disciplined, and reliable.
Available to commit to a full-time or part-time internship as agreed.
