Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Denpasar. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves organizing and overseeing clerical responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and serving as the point of communication between different stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills will be integral to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks
  • Experience in Clerical Skills, including file management and document preparation
  • Proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidentiality and multitasking effectively
