We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant to The Director. To provide high-level administrative and coordination support at FTL Head Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare important documents such as reports, contracts, presentations, and other related materials.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide general administrative support, including expense processing, file management, meeting minutes, and other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 23 years of experience as an Assistant.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in data administration and analysis is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Presentable appearance with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Active, detail-oriented, diligent, responsible, honest, and confident personality.
- Willing to work outside regular office hours for coordination with the Board of Directors and business travel.
- Willing to work in a mobile capacity when required.
- Jakarta domicile is preferred.
