Responsibilities:
- Document the Founder's daily activities (business, fitness, family moments)
- Edit and post daily content on Instagram Reels/TikTok
- Write captions aligned with the Founder's tone and branding
- Manage DMs and comments
- Organize content calendar and posting schedule
- Monitor insights and prepare weekly reports
- Brainstorm content ideas
- Present social media trends and performance insights monthly
Qualifications:
- Fast video editing skills (CapCut / VN / basic Final Cut)
- Strong understanding of the first 3-second hook
- Ability to write engaging captions
- Knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
- Able to analyze insights (engagement rate, reach, retention)
- Quick to understand and execute ideas
- Proactive in documenting without being instructed
