Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the executive
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and business trips
Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents, correspondence, and reports
Take and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure all action points are followed up
Create and develop presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) as required
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as instructed by the executive
Handle personal errands or other ad-hoc tasks when needed
Drive and accompany the executive for meetings or business activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- Min 1 year experience as Personal Assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Skilled in preparing presentations and professional meeting minutes (MoM)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willing to work with flexible hours and mobility as needed
