Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for both professional and personal needs.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate business-related logistics, including travel arrangements, event planning, and client meetings.
  • Support the execution of marketing activities, such as managing content schedules, tracking project deadlines, and communicating with agencies.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including household management, event planning, and family logistics.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials for business initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and support requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Experience with event planning, scheduling, or travel arrangements is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
